Main idea behind DESIGNEAST.EU blog is to provide people wide scope about design industry,movement and events in central and eastern part of Europe, basically in former Eastern Bloc.

Because there you can find a lot quality designs and skilled designers so there is a lot to see and explore. We are showing and providing you all this informations at DESIGNEAST blog.
DESIGNEAST covers Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and Russia, Hungary, Baltic states, Bulgaria, Serbia, Ukraine, Slovenia, Croatia and we working hard to get news from other states. We collaborate on exhibition projects and supporting design events.
Martin Žampach has started this blog because of lack of information in English language about design from central and eastern Europe area. (former Eastern Bloc) DESIGNEAST.EU already has found its readers and we are happy that people appreciate our work on it.
